Orders are sent by Japan Post (Express Mail Service).
The time required for delivery of orders varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 10-14 days
Europe: 7-14 days
Germany: 10-14 days
Hong Kong: 3-10 days
United States: 5-10 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-14 days

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We currently offer Japan Post (Express Mail Service) .
We only use trackable shipping methods and we can not be responsible for lost packages that are registered as "delivered".

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lademya Silks is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
